“Praetorian”
Sometimes a xenomorph Queen will lay praetorian eggs, these hatch praetorian facehuggers. No matter who the host is, a Praetorian will always hatch from the host. These can later go into a cocoon and grow into a Queen if no other Queen is present. If no Praetorian is present, a Drone can cocoon itself and grow into a Praetorian and then later into a Queen.
Thanks for the info! I don’t know anything about praetorians, because they’re not in the movies.
Personally, I prefer not to think of xenomorphs “classes”, other than queen & regular. They will sometimes have differing abilities, though, because of different hosts. But that’s just my opinion.
