usohaole asked: IMO the xenomorhs are simply a type of organism that can be engineered to do great damage on who ever they are inflicted on. Kind of like a organic weapon. I just think that space jockeys underestimated the organism and it got out of hand. Like Jeff goldblum character's line in Jurassic park "Life finds a way". I dont think they'll show this in prometheus, but thats my theory...

In Dark Horse Presents a diff type of aliens (not a space jockey) are seen eating aliens or trying to capture and sell them as a weapon, and it always ends...poorly. origin...
